Where to begin?

What a question. If you’re reading this, you might be feeling a bit like I was when I first started on my journey. All I knew things is that things weren’t ‘right’ and that I wanted to feel better than I was currently feeling.

But I didn’t know where to begin - but little did I know.

That by simply recognising things weren’t ‘right’ and wanting to do something about it was enough and I just started following the pebbles and continue to follow them to this day.

So congratulations! And I’d feel privlaged to be your first pebble.
